- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each of our clients has different needs. Though we do have base pricing for many of our services, which are all standard competitive prices, Florida Home Improvement Pro's likes to get to know their clients and customize pricing as much as possible to stay within the clients budget and needs. We work with each individual to find the most affordable solution they will be happy with. We do offer all Thumbtack Customer a 5% discount. All Returning Customers get a 10% Discount. And All Work complete is guaranteed for one year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a potential customer submits an inquiry for work through Thumbtack, we answer their inquiry with an email that provides our phone number, email and link to our website, so they can see we are an upstanding company and review all the work we specialize in. We request they call us in order to go over the details of the job they need done and make an appointment to visit them, so they can meet us, feel comfortable with us and provide an accurate estimate. The only way to give an accurate estimate for each project is to see the project. This way there are no hidden fees and Eddie can explain to them the exact process of how we work. Once hired, we schedule a day and time. Eddie will always call you when he is on the way to confirm that you are there. He shows up on time, does the work and goes through everything with you to make sure you are happy. There is no hidden agenda or surprises. Once the project is complete and our customer is happy, we send a review request through Thumbtack and you will have plenty of business cards to keep on hand so you can call again when you need more work done. We love repeat customers!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always stay up to date on codes and general contractors handbook updates to stay up to date on all the new laws, trends of the industry.
