We recently had Ken do the inspection on the home were purchasing, and we couldnt be more impressed. He was extremely thoroughspending nearly four hours going through every detail of the property. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we fully understood what he was finding.Ken was also very easy to get in touch with, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Ken arrived on time, dressed professionally and was neat & clean in appearance. Did an extremely thorough job and answered all my questions regarding his inspection. He inspected the property on a Saturday and we received a six page report Monday morning; couldn't be happier with the whole process...Thanks Ken!

We used Elite Property Evaluations to complete a home and pool inspection of a detached home. Ken was the inspector and was prompt, timely, professional, thorough and provided a comprehensive and lengthy report. His knowledge of home construction and contractors was evident throughout the inspection as he discussed elements of house and in his report. He was available after sending our report for questions and more discussion. Ken used a very good home inspection application that included pictures, descriptions and recommendations. He used a drone to examine the roof. We will use Elite Property Inspections again and recommend them.
