For our upcoming house purchase, Steve performed the Home Inspection, 4-point Inspection and Wind Mitigation Inspection Report and did an excellent job! He was very thourough and professional to the point that the se;ller of the house we are buying hired him on the spot to perform the inspection for his next house purchase and our real estate agent helping us with the purchase was also very impressed and plans to refer her clients to him in the future!. Highly recommended!

I requested Steve to come out & inspect our roof & solar panels.Roof is OK, but, solar panels needed a cleaning, which service he was also able to provide.He also used his infra-red camera to show us areas to watch, & checked our outside outlets to make sure they were safe & wired properly.Great Service, very knowledgeable, & reasonable.HIGHLY recommended!!

Fees are for a full home inspection. The base price is for homes less than 20 years old. Add $50 for a 4 point, add $50 for Wind Mitigation. 4 Point inspection $175 Wind Mitigation $175 4 Point + Wind Mitigation $250 (Average home eg. single electrical panel)
