- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are originally from The Florida Keys and started by working on vacation rental property cleaning/maintenance in that area. This included deep cleaning, lawn care, and anything else needed at the property.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Verify the person you are considering is licensed and insured so that way you are covered as the customer and the company is covered in case anything happens. Also make sure you feel completely comfortable with the person you hire as well as being confident in their abilities. Also don't be afraid to ask questions like if they have referrals an examples of their work.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Think about what your expectations are for the project so that the professional can align better with what you're wanting. It's also helpful to think through what you would like the end results of the project to be.
