1) Be on time 2) Greet customers and ask what their needs are to satisfy their expectations. 3) Discuss what is included in the estimate. 4) Set up a day and time that works best for them. 5) Tell them we will follow up for complete customer happiness.

1) Highly experienced in tree removal from 12 years experience in Northern Virginia as a professional climber. 2) Very experienced in cultivating lawn growth and maintaining healthy lawn. 3) Very experienced in detailed landscaping, following the customer's wants, while giving my expertise on their design and plant choices. 4) Very experienced in power washing and soft washing. Practices include safety, sharing knowledge and results.
