Carlin submitted a bid less than I could have hoped for to mow, edge and weed trim my overgrown yard. His bid was so reasonable I paid him $10 more than he asked for and the price was still a great bargain. He came on short notice, did everything he promised he would do and did a fantastic job! Carlin cleaned up my front and backyard in Gainesville, Florida. He mowed, trimmed, edged and put leaves around trees. He did what he said he would. We never actually met, just agreed on work over the phone. He was very pleasant and I would hire him again.
