- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is actually quite simple, I charge 25 dollars (fuel expense included) for on-site diagnostics, 80 dollars for basic virus removal/cleanup, 100 dollars for labor to disassemble a desktop or laptop and replace one or up to three components, and 50 dollars to backup a system including the entire operating system if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
LOTS of reading!!! I scour the web reading articles on the latest tech trends so I am never behind on any developments in the technology industry. Besides that I consistently practice on my own systems honing my skills and learning more every day.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started as a hobby, and from there...it has grown, and God willing it will continue growing!
