Our focus is quality and never economics. Some of my competitors are cheaper, but I take the time to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Our prices are fair based on the quality of work we provide. Our base price is calculated by the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, condition of the house, size and what has to be done is your base price that you will get through the app. Normally we can keep the standard price. I will give you the full and final price before I start work, but you are under no obligation to accept and there will be no cost if we don't close the deal. We do this every day and our goal is to satisfy our customers. The first cleaning will always be a deep cleaning (Foundation Cleaning), if you want maintenance, monthly, fortnightly or weekly, we will offer great rates.
