Introduction
I am an IFPA certified Personal trainer with 14yrs experience and I have my own liability insurance. I provide my clients with one on one, partner and small group training. I have 15yrs of experience and the knowledge needed to motivate and guide you through safe & effective workouts. I will help you with your eating habits and an overall lifestyle change. Are you busy and don't have time to cook? Are you a parent who doesn't know what's good for you and your kids? Maybe you want to make a lifestyle change but all the information out there is too much and you don't know where to begin.. Let me cut through all the hype and help you with YOUR specific issues. As a single father of two wonderful kids, I can assure you, I have figured out many strategies that will help you have a fit & healthy lifestyle in spite of the constant demands on your time. I'm an altruist at heart so I enjoy the gratification I get helping my clients by being their, "agent of change". Whether your goal is simply to be ready for the beach, improve your athletic performance or maybe you want to get off some of those nasty medicines that your doctor may have put you on, I love the feeling I get when I help my clients accomplish their goals.

Max is an amazing trainer, he helps you decide what is best for YOUR fitness goals and does everything in his power to get you there. He really takes his time with you! Unlike any other trainer, Max sat down with me and he listened, he showed me what I needed to do to get the physique I have ALWAYS wanted . He designs specific nutritional guidelines based on your body type, he directs you to the proper vitamins and protein supplements as well as organic options and meals. The best part is that no matter how frustrated you become with yourself, he still motivates you! He helps you keep that positive insight so you are determined to keep going. I am finally looking back in the mirror and amazed at what I see for the first time in my life. Now I am able to sleep better,I feel more energy and walk around with confidence!!! Every time you leave FIRM Fit Camp you feel amazing and that all of your daily stressors have been lifted from your shoulders! You are always smiling! This has been one of the most incredible experiences of my life and I owe my fitness success and rejuvenation all to FIRM Fitness Camp!! I finally have my life back thanks to Max! Trust me you will too!!!

Max is a fantastic fitness professional! After joining Orangetheory Fitness in 2014, I soon built my 4-times-a-week morning workout schedule around Max’s classes in both the Winter Park and Altamonte Springs studios. He demonstrates such a wonderful combination of professional knowledge, sincere caring for his clients’ progress, and boundless enthusiasm. Thanks to Max’s self-deprecating, fun sense of humor, I always looked forward to even the toughest workouts knowing Max would make me laugh while gently prodding me to work my butt off! His high-energy workout jams and motivational quotes were highly appreciated as well. Love all my OTF trainers but Max is my all-time favorite. Come back to Winter Park & Altamonte, Max -- we miss you! :)

Max is great! His class is challenging and always changing so I never get bored with the same routine. He doesn’t yell or get in your face like other instructors might. I highly recommend his program to anyone who wants to get into better shape.

Max is one of our trainers at orange theory fitness and has been amazing. His knowledge and attention is outstanding and he helped me work through some pretty intense injuries this year. He created a modified program for me so I wouldn't miss a workout . Overall amazing coach and person. I am blessed to have him as one of my trainers.

Max is an excellent Motivational and well experienced coach. He is my coach for the 09:15 AM @ OTFHC and coaches us thru our HIIT classes. He explains everything in detail and gives many vairiations for all fitness levels when it come to the weights and exercises. He has the level of fitness expertise that is needed to help everyone no matter what your fitness level may be. He will make a wonderful addition to anyone's workout needs.
