Personal Trainer with me 2 times a week. Always professional, easy to work with and a great product for those of us not big on working out. 20 minutes, twice a week. Better health!

It's a no brainier. You work out for 20 min twice a week. It's Not complicated, nor too overly priced. It fits nicely into my work schedule and Andrew is knowledgeable in helping me achieve my health goals.

So far so great. This is a different way of having a personal trainer. Andrew is on top of all my movements, breathing & form during the workout and I have made progress in just a few weeks.

Andrew is very knowledgeable and a great trainer for all ages and fitness levels. He is down to earth and keeps fitness fun rather than intimidating. His innovative approach to working out is a great mix of convenience and results. I highly recommend Smart Fitness!
