- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
proper estimates are done after meeting with you the customer, establishing what your goals are for your project., and then doing a detailed estimate with accurate material and labor proposals. There is no magic square foot pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
State of Florida requires continuing education on a regular basis. I also attend all the local building conventions and seminars i can get to.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
apprenticeship work training program my junior and senior years in high school 1977 & 1978. I was taught the building trade by true "master carpenters" a term that is often used but rarely backed up. proper training in all phases of construction for 2 years gave me the direction, and a job doing something i loved to do.
