Let me start by saying I will hire Carlos for other projects and have already recommended him to other friends and family. When Carlos said he'd start my job at 7:30am he was literally backing his truck into my driveway at 7:30am and ready to work. He and his crew did a fantastic job with tiling approx. 450 sqf. of floor in one day. On the second day the grout was put in. By the third day my furniture was back and our house life was back to normal with a much nicer/updated flooring. The workmanship is topnotch and his pricing is very reasonable. Carlos responds quickly with text communication. This is a well deserved 5 star rating. Thanks Carlos for the great work!

I recently closed on a new home and planned multiple projects before moving. Carlos responded immediately with his quote and included comments of what he would provide and work to be performed.. What do you look for when you have someone come into your home to do work? Show up as scheduled, prep the work area to protect the it, perform the work without impacting any other area of the home, complete the job as agreed, clean up afterward and leave the area as good as it was before arriving. This is exactly what Carlos did. A positive and professional experience from start to finish! Definitely 5 stars. I highly recommend Building Dreams Tile and Flooring!

Claubert was excellent and stayed till after 8pm to finish the project. What wonderful work ethic! He was so helpful guiding us on the best layout of the tiles. Room looks amazing!

Details: Floor • 101 - 200 sq ft • Yes, carpet needs to be removed • Concrete • No; but I will buy the tiles myself

Carlos provided a quote on saturday for flooring replacement in two bathrooms, arrived on time early monday a.m. to start the job, and worked until late monday evening to complete the job in one day. His skilled and conscientious craftmanship is obvious from the beautiful new italian-porcelain, wood-look floors. Thanks carlos!

We hired Carlos to tile our master bedroom, living room and hallways. He provided us with an estimate and delivered on timing and cost. He gave us a flat rate and did not try to up-charge on little things like garbage disposal. The guys are real hard workers and skilled. His assistant or employee did most of the work on the 2nd day and Carlos just came to check the work but he did a very good job. I recommend that if you want them to leave by a certain time to be very clear because they can work very late.
