Mitch contacted me right away, we agreed on a time and he was punctual. I explained my issues, he took care of those and then fixed several other problems for the same price. Could not be happier with the service. Highly recommend Mitch. He really is an outdoer.

Mitch is amazing at what he does. With some direction he is able to deliver great workmanship and a quality product. I hired him to complete my stairs which were in desperate need of remodeling. He even went above and beyond with remodeling the baulisters from the classic oak to a a gray new stain finish. I am very pleased with his work ethics and craftsmanship. I would definitely hire him again!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I often take opportunities I am not 100% familiarized with so I typically price out my work around half of what I find the national averages to be. If hired for work I am very familiar with, I usually have set prices for every step of the project. If drive time is over an hour total round trip I charge a $25 fee for gas. If there are multiple tasks my customers are wanting done I often give discounted rates versus just being hired for a single task.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once hired I like to discuss the work details over the phone to get a better idea of exactly what needs to be done. From there I set up a time and date to come by, always with all my tools since I usually do work same day. I then walk the property and visually see the work load asking any questions I have along the way and by then, I am able to give my customers an accurate estimate of the cost of work with a plan of action. Once price is determined and agreed on, I try and complete the job exactly as my customers hope to see it done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done freelance work my entire life and am constantly striving to learn new things. I learn most of my skills from self taught trial and error. I worked construction for over a year which taught me a wide scope of skills. I have always been the handyman of my family and friends so when ever something is needed I am often able to do it. Some tasks I have done have required me to research and watch others doing the same task in order for me to understand how the job is to be done, from there I am then able to do it on my own.
