In addition to performing regular maintenance, they have replaced two of the units (due to age). Most recently they replaced the 20yr old unit that services the upstairs. Once we had decided, scheduling the install was easy, they even worked with us on a reschedule due to a conflict on our end. On Friday afternoon they called to confirm the Monday morning appointment. The new unit is in a closet, not easy to get to three sides, but they worked diligently to make sure the unit was properly sealed.
