Service pro from Appliances USA was great to work with. Communication Was excellent and he diagnosed and repaired my washing machine quickly. He had the parts with him because I had explained the problem and send his a photo of the model and serial number beforehand. Will definitely use them again on any of my appliances.

Although my dryer ultimately couldn’t be fixed, I really appreciate Rafeal’s time, patience, and honesty. He was very thorough and explained everything wrong. His transparency and ability to explain. Everything was very helpful. I had a previous person come in who did a horrible job at another company, so this was a great recovery from that situation. If I have appliance needs, I will go to Appliances USA Pro again.
