$79 diagnostic fee — waived if you approve the repair. You'll get an exact quote before any work begins. No hidden charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's simple. You contact us, we ask a few quick questions about your appliance and the issue. We schedule a visit at a time that works for you — often same day or next day. Our technician arrives, diagnoses the problem, and gives you a straight quote on the spot. If you approve, we fix it right then and there in most cases. If a part needs to be ordered, we'll let you know the timeline upfront so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained and experienced in repairing all major home appliances across leading brands including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, Bosch, and more. We stay current on the latest appliance models and diagnostics so we can fix modern units — not just older ones.
