I recently hired Julissa to make a birthday cake for my fiancé. I sent her some pictures and random ideas for flavors... The most important thing being that it ia gluten free. She created the most amazing cake (looked just like some pictures)! The best part was none could tell it was gluten free (even those who swear gluten free tastes bad)!!! It was a delicious banana cake with peanut butter buttercream and fondant. I highly recommend her for any pastry needs. In fact, I am having her do my wedding cake and food for the reception later this year (if the food is anything like the tasting it will be amazing).
On top of the amazing quality of design and taste, the service has been so spectacular! They are attentive, flexible, and go the extra mile to make sure everything is good.
