Called Ryan because we have roaches at the house. he was very responsive in answering questions. Also I wanted to make sure that what he will do is safe for my puppy. He ensured it. He treated the house to get rid of the roaches and said it will take times for the roaches to eat the baits and ask for patience. now it has been almost 2 wks. Dead roaches found in many places and i could vacuum clean the house. I don't see them anymore at the moment so i hope they won't return. Thanks for the service, i thought the price is affordable and the service was great!
