We booked them for daughter's fifth birthday. Paid the deposit, got confirmation in writing. They were supposed to call 48 hours before the event to confirm but did not. Messages sent to their email were unanswered, phone calls went to voice mail. They never called back. After a bunch of calls I was able to talk to someone who confirmed that the performers were indeed coming.
Performers were 15 min late, the performance was OK.
