- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A minimum deposit of $25 is required to reserve, the remaining balance is due at time of delivery. We accept cash or credit for payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After working with the customer to pick the perfect bounce house for their event and insuring they have consider all extras needed to make their event an hit. The customer has the option of paying for the deposit over the phone or via an invoice sent to their email.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types, from your typical backyard party to commercial location, family reunions, schools and churches.
