- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sacrificing my own gain in order to build the trust between my business and the client is my top priority. My goal, of course, is to please the customers and exceed their expectations and lock them in as a loyal patron. My pricing is based solely on the type of meal, ingredients, distance, and set up requirements. Since we pride ourselves on providing customization with our menus, this applies to our fee schedules as well. We truly attempt to work within an assortment of reasonable priced impressive food options. As all other caterers, we follow a tiered priced scale so discounts are given based on a frequency and loyalty program, as well as, the amount of total guests. So the more guests you have, the cheaper the bill.
