Introduction: Three Courses Customised Catering & Cuisine provides great tasting, healthy, affordable meals in the comfort of your own home and is a convenient answer to the question "What's for dinner tonight?" I will visit your home and interview you to determine your likes, dislikes, special dietary needs, medical conditions and allergies. Shortly after the interview, I will tour your kitchen to evaluate the amount of food your meals require and other pertinent information needed to prepare for the occasion. I will then create a menu specifically designed with your needs in mind. I also will regularly create items, so that the menu design is kept fresh and seasonal. In addition, I'll grocery shop for fresh food on the same day of your meal preparation date. I'll be bringing all of my own equipment (i.e. pots, pants, utensils, pastry items, etc.). As a private catering company, I will prepare and serve the food to you as well as package and store any leftovers with easy-to-understand reheating instructions. Your kitchen will be clean before I, the chef, depart your home. You will be enjoying the luxury of upscale dining at your own dinner table. Private chef catering services include assessments, recipe search, meal planning, grocery shopping, preparation of meals, packaging and labeling and handling instructions. If you don't see a service plan that fits your needs, I will be happy to work with you to meet your requirements for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert, as well as pricing available upon request. I offer the following services: * Pantry stocking - For those who love to cook but don't have time to plan a meal and shop for groceries. This service includes menu planning, recipes and a complete shopping list and grocery shopping. You will come home to a stocked pantry and recipes just waiting for you to cook. No more running to the store for the last ingredient to make dinner. * Romantic dinners - The perfect treat for your loved one on Valentine's Day, anniversaries or birthdays and any other special occasions. I offer cooking classes in your own kitchen for adults and kids. I am available by appointments. Sometimes you just want to relax and enjoy a meal custom created just for you. There are times where you don't want to stand in line at the grocery store and sweat over a fiery stove or spend the evening washing dishes.
