- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are discounted but there is more discount when doing 2 or more projects. Pricing includes Melamine material (white), custom cut & prepped, Drawer Assembly with plain face, hardware (hang rods,Drawer slides,Bar Pull Handles) with installation. Additional charge for color Melamine (other than white) , doors( plain,mirror,glass), Deco Doors/Drawer Faces, crown molding, tie rack, valet, decorative handles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a free estimate appointment where we come out to the client’s location where they want our services, take measurements for their project, speak with client face to face to get to know what they’re looking for and share some of previous work that they can get ideas to incorporate or help them figure out what they want to do with their space. Usually send the design layout with estimated cost for project within 2-3 days. Once client confirms to proceed, We send out a contract to be signed and returned with Deposit to secure Materials & Install date once received. Install will happen 2-3 weeks once Deposit & signed contract is received. Remaining balance is due upon installation completion.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many clients from a variety of different backgrounds, personality with different needs & wants for their custom closets, pantries, wall units, Laundry, garage units. Some clients are moving into a new home, some are selling a home, and some just want to upgrade their space.
