My computer was slow and some times she freeze and also had virus, I call christian he was able to Fix my computer and now i have no problems with it...

I initially came to thumbtack to have my laptop fan replaced. the replacement was a success but the previous tech created more problems in the process. at first my laptop wouldn't power on, which he later fixed, then my keyboard wouldn't work . needless to say I was skeptical about trusting another person to work on my laptop again. I was impressed by Christian's professionalism and his knowledge in dealing with computers. when I explained my situation in detail he was able to readjust his initial quote depending on what service I actually needed and what work actually had to be done. he was able to fix my laptop keyboard and even showed me what the problem was. I will be going back to Christian for any of my future computer needs and plan on having him upgrade my RAM in the next coming weeks. I would also definitely recommend to others.
