We had an outstanding experience with this company from start to finish. They completely transformed our backyard into a beautiful outdoor space that exceeded our expectations.The travertine installation is absolutely stunning and became the centerpiece of the entire project. They also upgraded the landscaping, installed a fence, planted privacy trees around the perimeter, surrounded the travertine with decorative white rocks, and designed and installed the landscape lighting. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and professionally executed.What impressed us most was how quickly everything came together without sacrificing quality. After the freeze in January, we lost virtually our entire backyard. Every palm and nearly every plant died. (Check out the before and after photos!)I started calling landscaping companies with great online reviews, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. Of the six companies I contacted, only one even responded and they were unreliable, flaky, and eventually stopped communicating altogether.Just as I was about to give up, I noticed a Cornerstone Outdoors sign in a neighbors yard and decided to give it one last shot. Im so glad I did.Gabriel answered the phone himself, was incredibly friendly, and genuinely cared about helping. He came out the very next day, walked the property with me, listened to what we wanted, offered great suggestions, and provided a clear timeline of 710 days.True to his word, his crew showed up on time, worked hard, and transformed our backyard. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, the pricing was fair and reasonable, and the communication throughout the process was outstanding. Even after the project was finished, Gabriel continued to follow up to make sure we were completely happy with everything.Weve already hired Cornerstone Outdoors for another project and are planning to use them again for landscaping in the front yard.Its rare these days to find a company that combines great communication, fair pricing, quality craftsmanship, and genuine customer service, but Cornerstone Outdoors delivers on all of it.
