Jose was awesome! He came out the very same day to give me a free estimate and was extremely flexible with my schedule. Communication was great from start to finish, and he showed up right on time. Sebastian Drywall responded promptly to my request for a quote and gave a fair assessment for the work and we discussed the materials needed. We scheduled a date, they were on time and had purchased all materials needed to complete project. Both areas that were fixed turned out great!. In fact, one area looks better now than it did before!

I contacted Sebastian Drywall to come give me an estimate on replacing some drywall in my soffit over my kitchen sink. It was from a roof leak. They responded immediately and said they would come out the next day. Meanwhile I took my cabinet down to see if the leak had gone behind the cabinet and found a ton of black mold. So I called back to delay the estimate. Again they responded very quickly, very professionally and very kindly. They wished me good luck. I went through mold remediation and they are fixing the drywall and the soffit but I will definitely keep Sebastian Drywall as my top pro to call when I need the rest of my drywall in the basement put up. So while I didn’t have the job actually done I liked how they responded, communicated and we’re on top of it

Kendra and Jose Sebastian did an outstanding job on our drywall project. They were extremely courteous, prompt, and very responsive throughout the entire process. From the beginning, communication was easy and professional, and they showed up when they said they would.

I had a very bad experience with another drywall contractor which helped me in choosing another contractor. I found Jose Sebastian and his wife. They make a great team. I told them my need for repairing cracks caused by the building of a road behind my condo. They were everywhere and very noticeable. Jose and Kendra showed up for the initial estimate process and the communication compared to the previous contractor was like night and day. I was told up front when they would arrive daily and they never disappointed. We had the blizzard and we communicated well throughout the process. As for the quality, Jose is truly an artist and the experience showed. We have 17 foot ceilings and he had all the equipment that was needed and did an excellent job. We ended up asking to get the tall room fully painted halfway through since all the plastic was already laid out to protect the floors. It was not a problem for them. They also smoothed the ceilings in the tall room and master bedroom and painted the ceilings they worked on. There were no hidden fees, the price was fair and the work was impressive. I can’t recommend them enough! It was a large project and they got it done in two weeks, working around a blizzard mind you. Thank you Jose and Kendra!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very transparent with our pricing. We list everything that will done so the client can see the work being done and charged for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first reach out to the client to get a little more information on the project and also find out if they have a timeline for their project. Next we will schedule a time to come out and take a look at the project so we can get measurements and assess the job. Next we will work up an estimate which we send to the client by email.
