- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base and Budget pricing is offered to all of my Thumbtack customers. I will custom create a package to fit your individual needs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer FREE phone consultations to all of my customers because I believe that first personal contact with the customer significantly helps to build a relationship on a whole other level with the client. It is then I am able to get a full understanding of the clients needs, wants and desires for their event.
