- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We require 50% at booking and the rest, a week before the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial interview to gather information about what they envision. Then we get to work and have check ins through out the process so they can see the progress
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of event management experience. For many years I worked as a mission's trip planner, then that evolved to planning fundraisers and now I do all kinds of events.
