- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a special discount for thumbtack customers. You can save $100 off of your estimate for over 100 ft of fence when you mention you came from thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's all about the details when creating a happy customer with fence installation. We like to make sure and get all the details like how far you want your fence to be set back from the front of the house and from the rear and which way you want your gates to swing. We're happy to make recommendations about what will work best for your property. But most estimators don't provide enough detail and when the installer arrives they don't really understand what the customer wants or needs. We make sure that doesn't happen so our customers get with their expecting. A great fence with less headaches.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do continual education on best practices for residential fence installation. This includes local and State building code updates.
