We offer transparent estimates after an initial consultation, with detailed line items for arrangements, delivery, and setup so there are no hidden surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick initial consultation to discuss your event details, color palette, venue, and style preferences (feel free to share inspiration photos or Pinterest boards!). From there, we create a detailed proposal and design draft. Once approved, we lock in your date, handle all floral procurement, and manage complete delivery and setup on your big day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our design team brings over 16 years of floral design and high-end event production experience. Since 2010, we have specialized in luxury weddings and large-scale Quinceañeras in Venezuela, expanding our operations to Florida in 2017 as Kalas Events Florist. We master advanced structural floral techniques, large installations, arbors, and modern color theory to execute grand events seamlessly.
