- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job. With experience comes skill, and speed. My prices don't necessarily reflect the amount of time taken. They reflect skill and experience. I don't believe I charge excessively, and I will work with clients to come to a mutually agreeable price point.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I connect to the client, find out what they want, design wise, along with their budget and deadline. I see if I can give them what they are looking for, then I set up a timeline, with sketches, if needed, and execution dates. I, usually, request a deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AS in Commercial Art, BA in Communications, 13 years of mural experience, 30 years of design experience, likewise fine art, and 8 years of illustration experience.
