Within 6 hours of posting on Thumbtack, Jem came to my house, measured for the glass, went and bought the glass and returned to install it. Excellent service and responsiveness. I've never had a broken window before so not sure how much it should cost, but the price seemed very reasonable considering it had to be cut to size for a curved piece at the top of a picture window. Thank you Jem!

My previous handyman retired and Jem is definitely going to be my new go to. I look for people who communicate well, give and stick to timelines and have a perfectionist dedication to the work they do, while also being reasonable with pricing. Jem is all these things! I had several projects across multiple sites: fixing windows and doors to be less drafty and work properly, repair a hole and siding on the outside of a house where plumbers had left it from fixing pipe leaks, and installing a ceiling mount tv. Jem did excellent quality work all within a week of initial contact. I definitely recommend. I’ve included pictures of the siding that is absolutely perfect~

Jem was a pleasure to work with. We have a Airbnb that had a broken patio glass door and it was an odd size and we had guests coming shortly and Jem was able to find a piece of glassThat was the correct size and he went out of his way and came over and picked up the frame and installed the glass into the frame came back the same day and hung the door , excellent service.
