They arrived on time, came fully prepared with all the tools and equipment needed, and took the time to make sure the TV was mounted at the perfect height and perfectly centered. The workmanship was excellent,the TV is completely secure, and they made sure everything was leveled and sturdy before leaving. They also cleaned up the area afterward and walked me through how to use the setup, which I really appreciated.
