1.You send details/photos and your location. 2. I ask a few quick questions to confirm scope and timeline. 3. I provide a ballpark estimate or schedule a visit for an exact quote (depending on the job). 4. We confirm the plan, price, and schedule in writing. 5. I complete the work cleanly and professionally, then do a final walkthrough to make sure you’re happy.
