- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price jobs based on what’s being requested so you pay for exactly what you need done. Before we start, I’ll give you a clear estimate, explain any travel or labor charges, and answer questions so there are no surprises. If you have multiple tasks, I’m happy to bundle pricing to keep it fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out with what you need, I confirm availability and give a simple estimate. We schedule a time that works for you, I show up on time and communicate the plan, complete the work carefully and cleanly, and I make sure you’re satisfied before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and solving practical problems. While I spent years in IT and software, that background taught me a methodical approach, attention to detail, and technical confidence that I bring to every install and setup. Over the years I’ve refined my skills through real-world experience with furniture, mounting, shelving, repairs, and tech installs.
