FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair and honest pricing—no hidden fees, no unnecessary upsells. I charge based on the work that needs to be done, and I always give an upfront estimate so there are no surprises. I also try to be flexible with budgets if possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a conversation. I like to understand exactly what you need, answer any questions, and give you an idea of what the job will take. I’ll provide a clear estimate, and if you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule a time that works best for you. Once the job is done, I make sure you’re happy with the work before I consider it complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been working with my hands for years, learning both through experience and professional training. From carpentry and plumbing basics to electrical work and general home repairs, I’ve built a strong skill set that allows me to handle a wide range of handyman jobs.
