- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Job Prices: We charge by job, and this rate may vary depending on the complexity of the tasks. We will always inform the customer of our job price before beginning any work. Material Costs: Depending on the job, there may be additional material costs associated with the work. We will always inform the customer of these costs upfront, and I will provide receipts for any materials purchased. Discounts: We offer discounts for larger jobs or for customers who use my services on a regular basis. I will always inform the customer of any applicable discounts before beginning the work. Fees: In some cases, there may be additional fees associated with the work, such as travel fees for jobs outside of my immediate service area. I will always inform the customer of these fees upfront. Payment: We accept various forms of payment, including cash, zelle, check, and credit card. Payment is due upon completion of the work, and I will always provide an itemized invoice for the customer's records. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: When a new customer contacts me, I respond promptly and professionally. I will ask them to provide a brief description of their project and schedule a time to visit their location for an initial consultation. Site Visit: During the site visit, I will discuss the customer's needs and provide a thorough assessment of the work required. I will also provide an estimate for the job and answer any questions the customer may have. Planning and Scheduling: Once the customer has agreed to the estimate, we will schedule a time for the work to begin. Before starting the work, I will make sure that all necessary materials and tools are on hand. Execution: During the execution phase, I will perform the work efficiently and professionally, with minimal disruption to the customer's daily routine. Throughout the process, I will communicate with the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress. Follow-up: After completing the work, I will follow up with the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the results. If there are any issues, I will address them promptly to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the job.

Relevant Training: As a handyman, I have received training in various skills such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general home repair. This training has been obtained through apprenticeships, vocational schools, and on-the-job experience.
