I wish I didn't have to do a review. But after contacting this handyman by name, Hoze, about the new toilet installation that went wrong. There is no reimbursement or an offer to pay for the repairs. I was very kind to clean up after these guys, but after the job there are many little messes that are left behind. Granted, I left them alone to do their job, but afterwards it seems clear that I should have watched them do the job on my own home. If I don't know much, my ceiling would have collapsed if I didn't keep an eye on the toilet leak. That would have been disastrous and a lot of money to repair. So what I am saying is to be weary of these guys that have a good review, watch them if you hire them, and also make sure they clean up after themselves. As a customer I don't recommend them for any of my future home projects.

Renato has high work ethic, responses to my texts very professionally. He knows to give constructive advice when he thinks there's room for improvement with your idea and politely modify them. Most of all he has excellent taste that really upgrade the design. Super efficient to deliver his work always meet the deadlines. He spends time preparing my project a day before the project start day. When he gets done gives you option to arrange to clean up so the house look like a model home. He beats everybody in the industry also by working very hard on his birthday.
