- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work hard to provide quality work at a reasonable price. You can most likely find prices that are lower than ours, but as the saying goes, great work isn’t cheap, cheap work isn’t great.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we have a conversation about the customer’s vision and begin to define a preliminary scope of work based on this. We discuss the desired materials, common issues that we may encounter, costs, and our timeline. Once we’ve defined the scope of work, the customer is sent a contract detailing the specifics of the work to be undertaken.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner worked in high-end residential and commercial construction for nearly a decade before founding the company.
