- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of work, project size, materials, and site conditions. We offer free preliminary estimates based on photos. If an on-site assessment is necessary, we'll discuss any applicable fee before scheduling. We explain what's included in the estimate and discuss any additional costs before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a description of the project and a few photos. After reviewing the details, we provide a preliminary estimate or arrange an on-site assessment if needed. Once the scope, price, and schedule are agreed upon, we complete the work, protect surrounding areas as appropriate, and clean up afterward. We keep customers informed if unexpected conditions or additional work arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Swift 360 has provided home repair and improvement services in the Orlando area since 2021. Our experience includes drywall and ceiling repair, texture matching, painting, door and trim work, flooring and tile repairs, installations, and general property maintenance. This experience comes from completing a wide range of residential and commercial projects.
