Looking for someone to work on your home can be nerve wracking, It is not easy to trust strangers with your private space. So many times we hear stories of contractors who do not complete work and take off with your money or cannot finish the job as promised. When we started to look at people to help us with a flooring project we talked to a lot of people. We had quotes from a few different companies, Not all were willing to come to the house to review what we were looking to do in person.
HQ Builder came out and gave us a quote, from the first meeting Liuz was professional, respectful and friendly. He took time to make sure he understood what we were looking for.
The tile we had already purchased before finding HQ builders was back ordered and Liuz happily worked with us to get a revised schedule together. The crew came to our house on day one and each day after, on time, and ready to work. Everyone that was in our house was polite, courteous, professional and friendly. They worked hard!!! They cared about the details, we had a few questions along the way and texts and phone calls were responded to ASAP, we had no last minute surprises and everyone really did a wonderful job.
It is stressful when your home is a mess and in the middle of construction work, But we were very lucky to have HQ builders to help us in the process. We would highly recommend using HQ builders for all your flooring needs.

HQ Builder and Mr Luiz knocked this project out of the park! It was a guest bath to shower conversion with a slight lift of the ceiling in the shower, new flooring, vanity, lighting etc. What a difference! High quality craftsmanship which matched my perfectionism, positively responded to my concerns whenever I was nitpicking, coordinated everything beginning to end, and so gracious and humble. I had 1 staff/contractor assigned to my project which made it so easy and comfortable for me. Reliable , honest and competitive pricing made this a win win for me. I would highly recommend HQ Builder LLC

Excellent customer service, great price and quality. The installer brought not only one laser level to make the installation perfect, but 2! Great work, professional, punctual and affordable. Will hire them again.

Overall the company did a good job. The tile installation looked professionally done and I am happy with the results. The people working my job were friendly and nice. I considered a 5 star rating; however, I identified some tiles that were not installed properly and some molding that needed to be redone. My requests were quickly responded to and corrected without issue but for a 5 star rating I should not have needed to identify problems that needed correcting. I would consider hiring this company on future projects. The company was very responsive to email and phone calls.
