I hired MY Floor Pro (Manuel) to remove existing laminate and install new laminate flooring in two bedrooms (I previously purchased my flooring and underlayment). From the start, Manuel was responsive and fortunately for me he was able to stop by last minute and provide a free estimate. He provided clear direction on what other items I needed for install such as approx. sq ft of laminate, underlayment , & T molding. On the day of install, Manuel (& Cinthya) showed up promptly and went straight to work. He managed to finish everything in a timely manner and did a great job installing and cleaning up. Everything was seamless and MY Floor Pro made this stressful project a great experience, that I asked for an estimate for re-tiling other areas of the home. Manuel is amazing. He shows up on time or early and works all day. He installed laminate in about half of our house and it all looks beautiful. He was done when he said he would be and there were no surprise charges. Can't say enough positive things.
