Anthony is a professional with impeccable customer service. During the inspection he was able to find things I had overlooked, even things the seller tried to hide " with a little paint".
My agent suggested an inspector, but thanks to recommendations from friends. I used an Inspector that answered only to me. Anthony provided me with detailed reports that I used for insurance (saving me money) and financing.
He found a critical safety issue with the roof. And made suggestions for further inspections, termite and sewer line. Two things I had not considered.
I was able to reach out to him several times with questions, after the inspection. He never hesitated, I feel his services were fairly priced and exceeded my expectations.

Yes I stay involved with continuing education through InterNachi. They are the worlds largest Home Inspection Associations in the nation. These courses are mandatory to keep each inspector up to date on inspection protocols.

My advice for customers looking to hire someone like me is do your homework. First make sure the Inspector is licensed. Second try to get as much details on the inspector as possible such as website, certification, specialty, as well as work history.
