Dylan is absolutely amazing! When I applied for a home inspector he texted me right away. He saved us on our first home we went into contract with. We had already paid for the inspection and then we cancelled the agreement. He worked with us and when we found this home he used the money we already paid him. Our realtor said that this was the best home inspection she has seen forever. Definitely use Dylan if you want someone honest and works with you and if you want an amazing job done!
