- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a fully State-Licensed Florida Home Inspector (DBPR) and hold comprehensive training through WIN Home Inspection's rigorous program. My expertise is backed by strict adherence to Florida Building Codes and InterNACHI standards. Furthermore, I am specifically trained in advanced diagnostic techniques, including thermography (thermal imaging) and moisture intrusion detection, to find what the naked eye cannot see.
