- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices may vary according to our clients' needs, but as a standard, we offer Regular Cleaning which includes cleaning all rooms, changing bed linens, bathroom washing, vacuuming and mopping throughout the house, and regular cleaning of the microwave and stove. There is also the option to add additional services to the standard cleaning such as: deep cleaning of the oven, refrigerator, cabinets, and organization, which would be an additional cost. We offer a discounted price for clients who request regular weekly and bi-weekly cleanings. For clients who refer our services, we offer a discount, where you can choose one of our additional services for free. There is a cancellation fee of 50% of the cleaning cost for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will work with the customer to gather information about the services required and work with them to define a price. For new clients, it is normal that the first clean be a deep clean, so that afterwards we can maintain a standard of regular cleaning. For this service, the price can range from 100-200% higher than the price of a regular cleaning and may vary according to our clients' needs. However, we can work with clients to determine if this is necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 6 years of combined Professional Experience in House and Commercial Cleaning, and 2 years of experience in organization, where we underwent training with a professional organizer.
