- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very reasonable when it comes to pricing, every project varies based on type of work. Promotions and discounts are offered throughout the year. Retired vets and the elderly we definitely service and take care of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to determine if it’s exterior or interior cleaning along with how often would they need our services. Having sqft will be a plus to provide estimate quickly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is always educating on how to perform better cleaning techniques by looking into chemicals that will disinfect homes inside and out but without harming our clients or the environment.
