- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discount for regular cleanings. I have a special offer eligible for regular cleaning customers only (weekly, bi-weekly). After 10 cleanings, the 11th is free if booked within 2 weeks time from last visit. Price varies on the house size and weather or not you are getting a standard clean vs. a deep clean. Some requests can be additional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I visit the client's house to give a price estimate. The first cleaning is usually a bit more expensive as it is more laborious than regular cleaning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working as a helper and received trainings from my boss. Then I bought my equipment and started my own business.
