They came within time frame and was very professional and friendly. They got to cleaning right away and did an amazing job cleaning our home. It saved me so much stress of having to do all that myself while figuring out where to unpack and managing my kids. Highly recommend

After moving into my brand new home, once the builders completed a few things after I moved in, I knew I needed a DEEP clean due to the sawdust, etc.
Cleaner Vibe from beginning to end, provided great customer service. All interactions were professional.
The ladies did a phenomenal job! They truly did a serious deep clean through and through. Not to sound corny, but I did like the vibe :)! Lol

Good service. The cleaner showed up mid-morning and had my whole housecleaned in about 4 hours. She worked hard and did a good job. She even cleaned the inside of my countertop air fryer which was a bonus. The only downside was that the company couldn't honor the original appointment I scheduled the morning of due to a "logistical issue" and we had to reschedule for the next day. Nonetheless, the job did get done and I am happy with the work. I plan to continue using them for quarterly housecleaning going forward.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer different pricing packages based on the type of clean required. Our Move-in/Move Out packages are priced differently from our deep cleaning and then our Standard cleans. We have first time client, Veteran discounts amongst others.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to understand if our new clients require a deep/standard cleaning based on conversation either via thumbtack or the follow-up call/text. We share a checklist of what would be covered in each clean, schedule the clean and then follow up with them after cleaning is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have from 10-20 years of cleaning experience backed by professional training on house cleaning as well as commercial and rental spaces cleaning.
