Michelle did an amazing job. I hired her for a standard cleaning for a 3 bed/2 bath apartment. All of the surfaces were cleaned, she did a great job cleaning the floors, and all of the beds were made. My roommates love the house as well. She also did a great job cleaning the fridge. Overall very pleased.

Michelle did an excellent job with my rental property. I needed someone to throughly clean a rental house that was left in disarray. Michelle responded back to me quickly and was was very punctual in her arrival to the property. After a walkthrough, she quoted me a very reasonable rate. I provide my customers with standing promotions for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly services, & referrals. For example, every five referrals you get a 50% Off your next cleaning service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, meeting them, I love to talk to our customers. I will give you a call and see whatever you want to be done, if you have any main concern or any other request. Get your information and make a convenient schedule for you as well. I am sure that you will love the quality of my work as I am not satisfied until you are. Finally, make them feel comfortable and let them know that their house is in good hands.

4 years experience as a House cleaner, 2 years as a housekeeper in hotels and 1 year as front desk clerk.
